SoundSorb™ Hanging Sound Baffles reduce echo and reverberation without taking up wall or floor space. These sound absorbing ceiling baffles suspend vertically overhead to help control reflected sound in offices, classrooms, restaurants, studios, stores and other busy open spaces.
Made from lightweight, high-density polyester, each panel offers an NRC rating up to 0.50 and is mold-proof, moisture-proof and fire-resistant. Choose from multiple sizes and five colors to create an acoustic treatment that fits the layout and design of your space.

-The material used in our hanging SoundSorb™ sound baffles has an NRC rating of up to 0.50. NRC, or Noise Reduction Coefficient, measures how effectively a material absorbs sound rather than reflecting it back into a room. An NRC of 0.50 means the material absorbs roughly 50% of the sound energy that reaches it across the frequencies used for NRC testing, helping reduce echo and reverberation in a space.
“How many sound baffles do I need?”
-The right number depends on the size and ceiling height of your room, how many hard reflective surfaces it contains, and the amount of acoustic treatment already in place. Larger spaces or those with more hard, reflective surfaces generally require greater panel coverage. Distributing panels throughout the space can also provide more consistent sound absorption than concentrating them in one area.
